    是时候减肥了!
    怎么开始呢? 吃保健品?节食?还是去做减肥护理呢?
    唉~ 减肥真难哦!
    不管了,试试吧!
     
    明天开始,
    第一天,喝萝卜汁……不吃东西
    第二天,萝卜汁……也不吃
    第三天,也萝卜汁……还有吃糙米粥
    第四天, 一样
    第五天,一样
    第六天,一样
    第七天, 一样
    …… …… ……
     
    持续这么做,应该可以瘦吧!
    加油哦, Eso!
     
    有萝卜在, 不会营养不良的吧?!!
